Project Manager for CRM Marketing at Market

The CRM marketing team at Yandex Market manages user communications at all stages: from developing ideas and creatives to setting up processes. We are looking for a growth manager who will help us implement ideas, create and develop CRM channels, and build interaction with other teams.

What tasks await you

Development of trigger and ML scenarios You will be responsible for launching new effective triggers and testing already launched ones on our audience. You will improve ML scenarios together with the machine learning team.

Development of the CRM system You will plan and organize the process of refining the current CRM system and coordinate the work of different teams: developers, analysts, and specialists in setting up communications in the CRM.

Creation of a unified CDP You will participate in the development of Market's CDP system: consolidate the needs of teams, oversee the creation of a unified data warehouse, and its implementation into marketing processes.

We expect that you

• Have experience organizing the work of cross-functional teams
• Know how communication channels work, their pros, cons, and features
• Are proficient in project practices: able to plan and decompose tasks, adhere to deadlines, track key project metrics
• Can process a large volume of information and turn it into concrete projects with clear goals and implementation stages
• Are attentive, creative, and open to experiments
