The growth team develops the user-facing part of the business: finds new growth points, launches experiments, and scales successful solutions. We connect product, analytics, marketing, and service verticals.

We are looking for someone who will promote growth projects and help the team work faster.

What tasks await you

Growth Project Management

You will independently manage projects or help manage initiatives of the user-facing part of the business: coordinate cross-functional teams, control deadlines and resources, brainstorm how to test hypotheses and MVP.

Team Synchronization and Expert Experience Development

You will immerse yourself in the plans of acquisition, analytics, marketing, and CRM teams to build a common understanding of priorities. You will collect and develop knowledge about growth tools and show teams the direction for further development.

Data and Metrics Analysis

You will study metrics and data, interpret experiment results, extract insights, form recommendations based on analytics, and justify decisions to the team and stakeholders.
