The company is looking for an Educational Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Coordinating work on the support of the information system of an educational organization; Interaction with functional customers and employees of educational organizations; Consulting via "Hotline" - accepting orders from clients, identifying client needs during negotiations, prompt response to client inquiries; Interaction with internal company departments (management, software developers, technical writers) and external contractors; Preparation and participation in testing of developed functionality, handover of developed functionality to the Customer; Monitoring the fulfillment of obligations in accordance with the terms of the state contract. Preparation and approval of project documentation with the Customer; Handling claims in accordance with client interaction principles adopted by the company; Organization and conduct of acceptance tests, preparation of protocols and closing documents for the acceptance of work and stages of work; Maintaining project status reports for the Customer and management; Preparing materials, presentations;

Requirements:

Experience working with educational organizations; Experience in preparing technical specifications, reporting documentation for state contracts; Experience working with educational organizations of the Ministry of Defense is welcome; Experience in managing software development, implementation, and support projects; Knowledge of Russian Federation legislative and regulatory documents on education; Knowledge and practical experience in project management; Ability to work with documents; Fluent oral and written communication; Willingness to travel on business; Higher education; Attention to detail, perseverance, goal-orientation; Communication skills, responsibility; Ability to work in a team; Ability to work in a multitasking environment, stress resistance; Activity and initiative.
