Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a business digital transformation strategy
- Change management related to the implementation of end-to-end digital technologies across all areas of activity, taking into account the current operational processes of the company and its management system
- Researching new technologies and services, "selling" digital initiatives to top management and department heads, overseeing the implementation of digital technologies and services
- Developing the architecture and processes for working with data and knowledge, forming and developing a portfolio of digital products, services, and solutions
- Fostering a digital culture, establishing a corporate competence center in the field of digital technologies
- Budget management
Requirements:
- Experience in successful business digital transformation
- Understanding of financial performance indicators
- Experience interacting with clients and contractors at all levels
- Change management skills
- Organizational skills, ability to persuade people, ability to justify one's position
- High level of IT literacy
- Higher education: IT, business automation, engineering
