Samara Gypsum Plant is looking for an Operations Director.
JSC "Samara Gypsum Plant" is one of the largest enterprises in the gypsum industry in Russia.
Management scope: production, technological support of production, repair service, transport and warehouse logistics, supply.
Responsibilities:
- Formation and implementation of supply chain management strategy based on the company's strategic goals
- Setting up core procurement, production, and logistics processes, their implementation and optimization
- Formation of the procurement budget, management and optimization of inventory
- Production planning
- Organization of product manufacturing at own production and tolling sites
- Organization of technological support for production, ensuring high product quality
- Organization of timely maintenance and repair of equipment, modernization of production lines
- Management of product cost, management of the department budget, control of accounts receivable/payable
- Analytics (inventory, suppliers, market conditions, tolling, stocks, risks, etc.)
Requirements:
- Higher education (technical/economic)
- Additional education - business education in supply chain management, lean manufacturing
- At least 5 years of experience in large manufacturing companies with a developed logistics system in similar positions
- Knowledge of production planning principles in an enterprise
- Experience in organizing production at own and third-party sites
- Experience in setting up production technology
- Desirable experience in designing and building logistics systems, forming logistics connections, experience in operating and implementing TMS (Transport Management Systems), ERP systems (1C:ERP) and other information systems
