Key areas of work:
- Asset Management: Operational management of several plants, strategy development. Synchronizing their work to meet production plans and maintain the required quality level.
- Customer Centricity: Building a production DNA where impeccable service is a priority for both external clients and internal departments.
- Processes and Efficiency: Improving process efficiency, implementing tools that reduce costs and non-productive expenses.
- Development: Driving digitalization, automation, and the launch of new products to the market.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in managing distributed production structures (several branches/plants) in companies with revenue from 20 billion rubles — from 5 years.
- Relevant higher education (engineering, economics, finance).
- Excellent financial and economic literacy.
- Skill in forming and restructuring operational systems.
- Leadership qualities: ability to defend one's position with arguments, build partner relationships with the team, and demand results.
