Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Operational management of the production process at the truck plant
• Ensuring the fulfillment of the production volume and quality plan
• Management and motivation of production personnel, control over task execution
• Improving efficiency and reducing cost by implementing lean manufacturing programs, optimizing processes
• Ensuring timely maintenance and repair of equipment, eliminating downtime
• Monitoring compliance with standards, developing new product types and introducing innovations
• Development and implementation of measures to reduce costs and increase productivity

What we expect from you:

• Higher technical or economic education
• At least 5 years of experience in managing production units
• Knowledge of truck production technology (assembly, welding, machining, painting)
• Team management and quick decision-making skills, stress resistance
• Ability to independently organize work and achieve goals
