Relocation within CIS countries | Large food sector company | to a production site with up to 1,000 employees**
Responsibilities: — Management of the production site and fulfillment of production plans — Improvement of production efficiency, reduction of defects and production costs — Management of OPEX and CAPEX — Production modernization, selection and implementation of new equipment — Control of quality, technological discipline, industrial safety and labor protection — Implementation of Lean Manufacturing, TPM — Management and development of the production team
Expectations: — Experience as Production Director / Technical Director in a large food sector company — Experience managing a large production site and a large team — Strong expertise in production efficiency and CAPEX — Deep understanding of industrial safety and labor protection — Willingness to relocate within CIS countries
