📍 Agribusiness | This role is for a strong manager who knows how to build a technical function in agricultural business (dairy farming, feed production, crop production structure).
Key Responsibilities:
- Formation and implementation of a unified technical policy.
- Organization of an effective maintenance and repair system.
- Control of technical readiness of production sites.
- Participation in investment and modernization projects.
- Management of the technical budget, CAPEX and OPEX.
- Leadership of the technical team and development of specialists.
What's important:
- Higher technical education.
- Experience in managing a technical function for at least 5 years.
- Understanding of the specifics of agribusiness: dairy farming, feed production, crop production.
- Skills in building an effective maintenance and repair system, planning and budgeting.
- Systemic approach, leadership, and results orientation.
