1. Develop a service maintenance strategy.
2. Organize repair sites, spare parts warehouses, and field crews.
3. Implement maintenance and repair (M&R) standards and regulations: a system of planned and predictive maintenance (from diagnostics to major overhaul of components: CAT engines, electric drives, hydraulics, ECUs).
4. Assemble and train an engineering team (mechanics, supervisors, diagnostics specialists).

What is required from the applicant:

• At least 5 years of experience as Chief Engineer or Technical Director in the service of special equipment, mining or heavy equipment.
• Professional knowledge of hydraulics, power units, electrics, control systems.
• Proven experience in building a "from the wheel" service, including the negotiation and contract conclusion process.
• Managerial maturity and proactive communication (close ties with sales and procurement).
