Board Member for Construction

📍__in a large full-cycle agricultural holding__

Experience Requirements:

• Current/previous role equivalent to Board Member, Deputy General Director for Construction (experience reporting to an owner or shareholders will be a plus). Important! This is not a growth position: candidates with lower roles/grades are not considered.
• Responsible for the entire construction function within your company/holding. If the Operations department is also within your area of responsibility, it will be a big plus.
• Formulate construction financing strategy, defend it at investment committees.
• Experience in agriculture will be most relevant, but we are also willing to consider industries such as: chemical, fertilizer, metallurgy, mining, energy, and other industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of completed/implemented/commissioned facilities where you managed the full cycle.
• Experience managing teams of 200-250 people (in-house staff, not including contractor teams).

*The company annually allocates and implements from 8 to 12 billion rubles for construction; experience with similar budgets is an advantage.

Candidates NOT considered:

• Candidates with experience solely in civil construction/development, or social infrastructure.
