BORK is developing its own spatial architecture — from flagship boutiques to new format properties in Russia and abroad.

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager capable of overseeing the implementation of high-complexity and high-quality projects — from concept and project preparation to complete construction completion.

Responsibilities:

— Management of BORK construction projects in Russia and abroad: deadlines, budget, quality, and results — Organization and coordination of contractor work at all stages of project implementation — Monitoring compliance of performed work with design solutions and BORK standards — Participation in the selection of contracting organizations and managing interactions with them — Coordination of design, construction, and related works — Work with international projects and foreign contractors

What is important to us

— Experience in implementing premium and deluxe properties, where architecture, materials, engineering solutions, and impeccable quality of execution are of particular importance. — Practical experience in full-cycle construction project management and the ability to independently manage a project from start to commissioning. — Understanding the specifics of working with contractors, designers, and suppliers on high-level properties. — Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: SNiP, GOST, SP, and current construction requirements. — English language proficiency — B2 and above. — Willingness to travel on business trips within Russia and abroad.
