Responsibilities
- Participation in pre-contract and contract work necessary for project execution, preparation and approval of cost estimation materials, technical specifications, and justification statements for projects.
- Knowledge of the composition and purpose of ship devices and systems.
- Participation in the search for alternative suppliers of systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of the ship construction principles, the procedure for installing ship systems, and participation in forming the construction schedule. Performing analysis and optimization of timelines to achieve project goals.
- Project budget formation and control of its execution.
- Project passport formation, defining goals, objectives, risks, and project work results.
- Work on reducing project implementation costs.
- Resolution of technical project issues with the Customer, Classification Society, and Design Bureau.
- Control of the order and timeline of work carried out within the assigned projects, in accordance with the Contract terms.
- Coordination of the Company's departments' work and ensuring timely information exchange to achieve project goals.
- Control of deviations from the project work schedule, budget, and making adjustments to the project schedule and budget.
Requirements
- Higher professional education (Shipbuilding and Water Transport Engineering and Technology, Shipbuilding, Ocean Engineering and Systems Engineering of Marine Infrastructure, Project Management).
- At least 3 years of experience in shipbuilding.
- At least 3 years of experience in management positions.
- Knowledge of RMRS and RKO rules, regulatory documents in shipbuilding (GOST R, RV, OST, and other regulatory documents).
- Experience in constructing ships of various purposes from laying the keel to handover to the customer.
- Experience in procurement procedures for the supply of equipment and materials.
- Project management training.
