In Solar, we are looking for a Project Manager (Information Security).
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring project goals are achieved, meeting project success criteria;
- Interacting with project stakeholders, managing their expectations within the project;
- Responsibility for customer satisfaction with the results of projects under management;
- Calendar and resource planning of project work, development of project budget and other documents in accordance with the Company's project management regulations;
- Formation of a project team, organizing interaction within the working group, managing the project team;
- Implementation of project work: setting tasks and monitoring their completion by the project team; monitoring and managing the schedule, budget, scope, and quality of work execution; control and management of project risks;
- Organizing the work of subcontractors, interaction with suppliers of products and services, co-executors from other structural divisions of PJSC Rostelecom;
- Participation in presale processes with clients for projects within the scope of responsibility;
- Participation in the formation of methodologies and implementation of project management tools.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of successful experience in managing complex IT and IS projects;
- Understanding of processes in a system integrator;
- Knowledge of project methodologies and the ability to apply them in practice;
- Knowledge of key laws and regulatory documents of FSTEC, FSB;
- Understanding of information security system construction principles;
- Systems thinking, ability to build relationships with difficult clients;
- Experience with 1C, Microsoft Project.
