Main tasks:
- interaction with customers - you will be the key link between the client and the team, conducting meetings, coordinating all project details, and promptly resolving any issues;
- project management - develop a Product Roadmap with the long-term development of the project, and also prioritize the product backlog using analytics, business goals, and customer needs;
- process building - develop project plans, optimize workflows within the team so that we always work efficiently and on time;
- team management - form and lead the project team, distribute tasks, and monitor their execution;
- budget management - prepare estimates, control project costs, and analyze project financial indicators;
- documentation and reporting - maintain project documentation flow and regularly provide reports on project metrics.
We are looking for a specialist who has:
- higher education in project management, information technology, economics, or related fields;
- experience in managing IT projects (full cycle) B2B or B2G from 3 years with a portfolio of successful cases;
- deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools;
- ability to set priorities, manage time effectively, and find solutions for complex tasks;
- experience in interacting with external customers (active communication);
- excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- successful experience in interacting with technical teams (developers, testers, analysts);
- skills in budget management and project resources;
- experience in launching B2G/B2B projects in CIS countries will be a big plus.
