⚡️What we expect from you:
- Five years of experience as a project manager or in a similar role;
- Experience in implementing projects in the field of corporate software is desirable;
- Understanding of the principles and logic of development processes;
- Developed business communication skills — ability to build dialogue with clients and defend an expert point of view;
- Experience in managing customer expectations and supporting implementation projects at all stages — from initiation to handover to operation.
⚡️What needs to be done:
- Development of a general project work plan, formation and coordination of the project team, project management at all stages of its life cycle;
- Control over the timely completion of stages and milestones;
- Search for and justification of optimal solutions, taking into account planned dates and available resources, assessment of possible risks, conflicts of interest and existing constraints;
- Organization of effective interaction with the client, building productive communication and coordinated work within the team;
- Management of user requirements, project scope and customer expectations, working with counterarguments and objections;
- Estimation of the volume of work performed, formation of resource needs and project budget;
- Distribution of tasks among analysts, developers and other team members, setting goals and monitoring their execution;
- Monitoring the development progress, organizing testing and acceptance procedures;
- Joint formation of project schedules with product departments;
- Coordination with product teams on backlog filling and prioritization.
