What we expect from you:
- Five years of experience as a project manager or in a similar role;
- Experience in implementing projects in the corporate software domain is desirable;
- Understanding of development process principles and logic;
- Developed business communication skills — ability to build dialogue with clients and defend an expert point of view;
- Experience in managing customer expectations and supporting implementation projects at all stages — from initiation to handover to operations.
What needs to be done:
- Development of the overall project work plan, formation and coordination of the project team, project management at all stages of its life cycle;
- Control of compliance with the established deadlines for stages and milestones;
- Search for and justification of optimal solutions considering planned dates and available resources, assessment of possible risks, conflicts of interest, and existing limitations;
- Organization of effective interaction with the client, building productive communication and coordinated work within the team;
- Management of user requirements, project content, and customer expectations, working with counterarguments and objections;
- Assessment of the scope of work performed, formation of resource needs and project budget;
- Assignment of tasks among analysts, developers, and other team members, setting goals and monitoring their execution;
- Monitoring the development progress, organizing testing, and passing acceptance procedures;
- Joint formation of calendar plans with product divisions;
- Coordination with product teams on backlog content and prioritization.
