Senior Project Manager **Format: **hybrid Saint Petersburg❗️ Company: 13tm (outstaff)
• Project Manager experience of 5+ years❗️ • Experience with corporate software projects • Understanding of development principles • Ability to communicate with clients and hold an expert position • Experience in managing customer expectations and leading the full cycle of implementation projects
Tasks: • Forming a project work plan • Full project management cycle, including deadline control and team coordination • Developing solutions considering target deadlines and available resources, analyzing risks, contradictions, and constraints • Interaction with the client, building teamwork • Managing requirements, functional scope, and customer expectations • Handling objections • Estimating work performed, forming resource plans and project budgets • Assigning tasks to the project team • Monitoring the progress of development, testing, and acceptance • Forming work plans together with product teams • Interacting with product teams on backlog formation and prioritization
