We are looking for an experienced manager to work on existing large and interesting projects, as well as to work with new clients.

Responsibilities:

— manage a team of specialists: frontend and backend developers, designers, UX designers, system analysts, testers, DevOps engineers;

— maintain communication with all stakeholders – from the client to the team, ensuring process transparency;

— develop the project: propose and implement upsells, onboard new specialists, expand expertise;

— plan and control the project budget;

— monitor team workload and effectively distribute tasks;

— participate in pre-sales;

— organize and conduct regular meetings with the team and client (including demos);

— plan work together with the client and the team, ensuring the achievement of key goals;

— be responsible for the quality and results of the project to the client;

— control document flow and adherence to production processes.

— experience managing teams of 10+ people;

— technical background and understanding of development;

— practical experience with agile methodologies;

— minimum of 2 years of experience in managing custom development.
