Key Requirement: Experience integrating "Chestny Znak" (marking system) into the IT landscape — MANDATORY. RESPONSIBILITIES: ▪️ Manage the full PM cycle (deadlines/budget/risks). ▪️ Manage vendors (TOR, control, acceptance). ▪️ Support the system in operation and improve it.
REQUIREMENTS: ✅ Real experience in managing the implementation of Chestny Znak. ✅ Strong PM skills (planning, control). ✅ Experience working with contractors.
