Project Manager (IT)
We are looking for a Project Manager to carry out ambitious projects for the implementation and support of financial, internal communications, and HR services. These projects involve a large number of integrations with external systems and are designed to automate key financial business processes.
You will bring projects to life and achieve set goals together with a distributed development and service support team. This team includes several development sub-teams, including external contractors, system analysts, an architect, and QA and support sub-teams.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing work on preliminary estimation, agreement, and approval of project scope;
- Communication between all stakeholders within the company and external contractors;
- Development planning: task setting, decomposition, progress tracking;
- Customer support during acceptance testing phase;
- Compiling and maintaining up-to-date project documentation and reports;
- Risk management;
- Maintaining project documentation (project charter, RACI matrix, risk matrix, etc.).
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Higher technical education, higher education specializing in information technology (or a technical background);
- IT project management experience of 3 years or more;
- Experience managing distributed development teams of 20+ employees;
- Experience managing external development teams (contractors/subcontractors);
- Knowledge and understanding of the applicability of various software development methodologies (waterfall, agile);
- Ability to plan software development, understand task dependencies, and find the optimal solution path;
- Confident experience working with contracts, agreements, and technical documentation;
- Conversational English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- Ability to organize your time effectively, work at a high pace, and be independent.
Will be a plus:
- Experience managing projects in the financial and HR domains;
- Experience with ELMA, Axapta, Bitrix24 platforms;
- Tender management;
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, PMBok project management methodologies.
