The IT company group LANIT is looking for an Information Security Project Manager in the information security sector.
The LANIT Corporate Systems Department specializes in the "turnkey" implementation of large-scale federal projects, performing a full range of work from concept creation and design to support and operation of implemented solutions.
Tasks:
- Formalization of customer needs and requirements in the field of information security in state information systems, personal data information systems, and other information systems, in the field of secure software development;
- Control of the IB team's obligations fulfillment in projects for information system design, implementation and support of information protection systems, certification in the FSTEC certification system, assessment of software impact on the functioning of cryptographic information security tools (CIS), etc.;
- Planning and organization of work by the IB team, estimation of labor costs;
- Organization of interaction with adjacent teams within the scope of obligations;
- Interaction with customers, including through official correspondence;
- Formation of a product from the team's competencies and its presentation to potential customers.
Candidate Expectations:
- IT work experience: from 4 years in roles of project manager, analyst, system architect, engineer, project coordinator, or delivery manager;
- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle and information security fundamentals;
- Experience in interacting with customers, ability to handle objections;
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and build processes from scratch;
- Skills in planning and estimating tasks in conditions of changing requirements;
- Ability to negotiate and build trusting relationships;
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of secure development issues (Secure SDLC);
- Experience with state information systems;
- Experience in IB analytics or related fields.
