Infotex Group, one of Russia's top 10 information security companies and a leader in information security solution development, is looking for a Project Manager to join a team working on the development of hardware-software complexes for network traffic protection.
Upcoming Tasks:
- Project management for the development of hardware-software complexes for network traffic protection: forecasting, planning, organizing, motivating, coordinating, and controlling;
- Defining project goals, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with the client and stakeholders;
- Setting up and maintaining project practices: planning, managing content, schedules, development teams, and changes;
- Internal and external communication for task definition and resolution within the project;
- Risk management and escalation of problematic situations;
- Project team management;
- Regular reporting and monitoring of task execution;
- Quality management;
- Organizing work for release preparation and product certification.
Qualification Expectations:
- At least 3 years of experience managing hardware platform development teams;
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies;
- Understanding of various project models (Waterfall, Agile);
- Release management experience;
- Familiarity with risk management methodology;
- Familiarity with regulatory processes and documents for the certification of cryptographic information security tools (FSB) and automated control systems, and military equipment (FSTEC).
