We are looking for not an engineer, but a strong manager, who will become the link between the Client, the Information Security team, and development. YOUR TASKS:
- Organizing interaction and "seamless" communication between the Client, the Information Security team, and Development.
- Validating and controlling the quality of documents prepared by the Information Security team (terms of reference, plans, reports), without the need to write them "by hand".
- Resource planning and budgeting of work within state contracts (estimating labor costs, defending estimates, working in Excel).
- Monitoring the fulfillment of obligations to the Client (adherence to deadlines, compliance with 44-FZ and regulatory requirements).
- Participating in meetings and discussions with the Client, arguing for the adopted decisions and plans.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- Experience working in a system integrator, consulting, or on the client side (federal executive body) as a Project Manager, Contract Administrator, or Lead Analyst.
- Mandatory understanding of the specifics of working with GIS and the public sector (knowledge of 44-FZ, attestation processes, understanding of FSTEC orders on critical information infrastructure).
- Confident Excel skills (resource planning, pivot tables).
- Systems thinking: ability to structure chaos, build schedules, and ensure their execution by related teams.
- Confident communication skills: ability to defend a position logically before the client and development.
