The LANIT IT company group is seeking an Information Security Project Manager for Government Information Systems (GIS).
The federal GIS development and operation team is looking for an Information Security Lead. GIS include: EIS for Procurement (zakupki.gov.ru), GIS TORGI (torgi.gov.ru), EBP Finance (digital module in GIIS "Electronic Budget").
Your tasks:
- Manage a team of information security specialists: plan work, estimate effort, coordinate the actions of information security specialists
- Develop and implement information security requirements
- Verify compliance with FSTEC and FSB requirements before commissioning
- Assess the impact of application software on the functioning of cryptographic information security tools (SKZI). Analyze information security incidents. Respond to crisis situations promptly
- Build effective communication with the Customer and with internal related teams in development and operation
- Develop processes: conduct retrospectives and implement improvements to the methodology for managing information security tasks on projects
Candidate expectations:
- Experience in supporting information security processes in the development and operation of GIS
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal framework and standards
- Skills in secure software development and vulnerability identification at early stages
