Responsibilities:
- Development (updating) of methodological, organizational and administrative, operational, and attestation documentation for the information security system of automated control systems (ACSZI)
- Development (updating) of technical documentation for information security
- Participation in the preparation for attestation of informatization objects, participation in conducting attestation tests (compliance assessment) of the informatization object (AS/ASZI)
- Conducting annual control of the security of the informatization object in accordance with the procedures established by the Program and methodologies for attestation tests of the informatization object
- Conducting inspections of the security status of informatization objects and monitoring compliance with information security requirements
- Inventory and control of the use (composition, placement, condition, etc.) of software and hardware of ACSZI
- Updating the Technical Passport of ACSZI (structure according to FSTEC of Russia Order 77 requirements)
- Consulting users on information security issues
- Monitoring the fulfillment by users and administrators of ACSZI of relevant instructions and regulations
- Tracking information security incidents
- Participation in the commission for investigating information security incidents
Candidate Requirements
- Higher education in Information Security or other higher education and at least 3 years of work experience in the field of licensed activities, or completion of a professional retraining program in one of the specialties in the field of Information Security
- Understanding of the principles of creating information security systems
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements of federal legislation and regulators in the field of information security (including Federal Laws 98, 149, 152, 187, Decrees of the Government 1119, 1233, FSTEC of Russia Orders 17, 117, 21, 77, FSB of Russia Order 378, ISO 27001). Knowledge and experience in the field of critical information infrastructure (CII) security is welcomed: Presidential Decree No. 250, Federal Law 187, Decrees of the Government 1272, 127, FSTEC of Russia Orders 235, 239
- Knowledge of modern technologies and technical solutions for information security (preferably - network security, web applications, DBMS, operating systems, virtualization environment, remote work)
- Experience in developing organizational and administrative documentation (O&AD) and operational documentation for information security systems
