An IT company Positive Technologies is looking for a Deputy Chief Technology Officer.
Positive Technologies is a vendor of cybersecurity products. For over 20 years, the company's main goal has been to prevent hacker attacks before they cause unacceptable damage to businesses and entire economic sectors.
In the context of effective cyber defense, the role of the Deputy Chief Technology Officer is very important and valuable. It's a new role, but if compared to the client's side, it's definitely the level of a CISO. You will not only become a partner for the client on information security matters but also shape the strategy at the industry level. This will ensure the client is genuinely protected and the occurrence of unacceptable events is simply impossible.
What challenges await you:
- You are an industry expert. Forming a sales funnel within the industry by creating opportunities at the level of technical specialists and heads of the client's relevant departments (CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO).
- Developing a strategy for building Robust Cyber Defense (RCD). You set the pace for the industry and the client, build real information security protection, can highlight blind spots for partners, and deploy large product solutions.
- Owning the process within RT. Working with the strongest specialists in the information security market (Presale, engineers, Project Managers, Technical Support, etc.) to ensure the best quality when performing work within the created strategy at any stage of its implementation (presale, design, implementation, support).
- Working with RT products. There is an opportunity to make changes and improve our products. Audits and feedback within the industry are the most effective mechanisms for this.
- Scaling and modernization. The team looks broader and doesn't limit colleagues in their tasks. If you are interested, you have the opportunity to participate or independently generate hypotheses for the development of an entire industry or other clients in related areas.
