Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the operability of information security systems;
- Administration of security tools installed at customer sites: APCS Continent, NGFW (UserGate), MSЕ Solidwall, Vulnerability Scanner, SecretNet, Safeinspect, Kaspersky Lab products, Dr.Web;
- Processing standard requests for routine maintenance of the listed information security systems (updates, scheduled maintenance, testing);
- Administration and operation of the information security system complex;
- Planning, organization, execution, and quality control of security tools and cryptographic information security tools operation;
- Critical routine maintenance operations (updates, scheduled works causing system downtime);
- Processing non-standard administration requests;
- Resolving non-standard operability incidents;
- Resolving information security incidents at the Customer's site;
- Preparing data extracts for creating reports on the functioning of information security systems;
- Presence at the customer's site.
Requirements:
- Experience with APCS Continent is mandatory;
- Knowledge and experience of the basic principles of ensuring the information security of servers and workstations with Windows and Linux operating systems;
- Knowledge and experience of local configuration of security mechanisms for workstations running Windows OS;
- Experience configuring Kaspersky Lab or Dr.Web antivirus software on workstations;
- Knowledge of installing and configuring hardware-software security tools against unauthorized access on workstations;
- Knowledge of installing and configuring cryptographic information security tools on user workstations;
- Understanding the theory of creating a functionally closed software environment on user PCs.
