Project Manager for Development Group (Construction Department) at VkusVill Store Chain
The VkusVill store chain is looking for a Project Manager for the Development Group (Construction Department).
Responsibilities:
- Developing work execution schedules;
- Monitoring work execution stages, compliance of construction and installation work with volumes, deadlines, costs, and quality;
- Preparing and submitting as-built documentation to the client;
- Analyzing and preparing project and estimate documentation;
- Collecting and maintaining data on completed works;
- Accepting and signing off on completed works (forms KS-2, KS-3);
- Interacting with related departments and clients;
- Inspecting potential premises for the feasibility of opening one of the chain's formats;
- Participating in the approval of layout solutions;
- Approving expenses for work execution;
- Organizing reconstruction and repair work on grocery stores;
- Commissioning facilities;
- Managing store openings from start to finish.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has at least 1 year of similar experience in construction;
- Knowledge of construction norms and rules, engineering system installation, with a strictly specialized (construction) education;
- Proficient PC user, Excel, AutoCAD.
