Construction Project Manager for Drinkit Coffee Shops (Dodo Brands)
The Drinkit coffee shop chain (Dodo Brands) is looking for a Construction Project Manager to open the best pizzerias and coffee shops.
Responsibilities:
- Acceptance of premises from the landlord;
- Development of technical specifications for designers;
- Checking projects for compliance with technical specifications;
- Assigning tasks to contractors for the production and installation of commercial equipment;
- Conducting tenders among contractors;
- Monitoring the construction progress of facilities (on-site work);
- Organizing and coordinating contractors;
- Controlling compliance with legislative norms and local company rules in construction;
- Organizing and controlling procurement;
- Cross-functional interaction with designers, the development department, the procurement department, territorial managers, HR, managers, and other departments to solve non-standard tasks for opening and operating pizzerias;
- Interaction with the operations department on issues of maintenance/reconstruction of existing pizzerias;
- Briefing pizzeria employees on operational systems before opening.
Candidate Profile:
- Knowledge of project management fundamentals;
- Understanding of construction processes from site preparation to handover to the operations department;
- Relevant experience of 1+ year in managing construction and opening projects (retail, public catering);
- Experience in auditing construction estimates, ability to analyze the market for construction materials and works;
- Ability to read design documentation for HVAC, Water Supply, Electrical, Cable Systems, Fire Alarm, and Fire Suppression Systems.
