Requirements
- current/previous role equivalent to a Board Member, Deputy General Director for Construction (experience reporting to owner or shareholders will be a plus).
- responsible for the entire construction function within your company/holding. If the Operations department is also within your area of responsibility, this will be a significant plus.
- forming construction financing strategy, defending it at investment committees.
- agro experience will be most relevant, but we are also ready to consider industries such as: chemicals, fertilizers, metallurgy, mining, energy, and other industrial sectors.
- possession of confirmed/implemented/commissioned facilities where you have gone through the full cycle.
- experience managing teams of 200-250 people (in-house staff, not counting contractor teams).
- the company annually budgets and implements from 8 to 12 billion rubles for construction; experience with similar budgets is an advantage.
Whom we are NOT considering:
- candidates with experience only in civil construction/development, in social infrastructure.
