⚒️Chief Engineer of a full-cycle metallurgical plant (ferrous metallurgy).

We invite a Chief Engineer to our team – a key technical leader responsible for the development of production and technical infrastructure, equipment reliability, industrial safety, quality, and the implementation of a long-term production scaling program.

Key areas of work: ⚙️Ensuring the technical readiness of the enterprise for production scaling. 🔬 Developing and implementing the plant's technical policy, increasing the efficiency of equipment and technological processes. 🏗 Ensuring reliable, safe, and sustainable operation of production and infrastructure facilities. 🛡 Development of industrial safety, labor protection, quality, and technical control systems. 👥 Organizing effective interaction between technical, production, and infrastructure departments. ⚡ Interaction with regulatory bodies, including Rostekhnadzor and other supervisory structures.

Who we are looking for

A top manager with over 5 years of experience in leading technical positions at full-cycle metallurgical plants, who:

✅can manage a complex system under high load; ✅delegates but stays on top of things; ✅is not afraid to propose new ideas and implement them.
