The CAVAG group of companies, a manufacturer of special equipment, is looking for a General Director.
The CAVAG Group of Companies is involved in the production, sale, and maintenance of airfield, utility, and refueling equipment. The group is one of the largest manufacturers of special airfield equipment in Russia, bringing together industry professionals with a desire to modernize and develop the transport infrastructure of Russia and the CIS countries.
Responsibilities of the General Director of the Group of Companies:
- Strategic management of the entire holding structure, development of long-term goals, approval of business plans
- Corporate governance: coordination of the activities of subsidiary companies, ensuring their high-quality interaction and financial efficiency, interaction with the board of directors and shareholders, execution of their decisions
- Financial and economic control: management of the holding's budget, control of resource utilization, ensuring profitability, signing of deals
- Legal responsibility: Ensuring the legality of activities, representing interests in courts, government bodies, and with counterparties
- Fulfillment of investment plans, increasing the investment attractiveness of the holding
- Personnel policy: appointment of heads of subsidiary companies, establishment of motivation systems
- Representation of business interests before shareholders and government bodies
Required Experience:
- Work in holding structures (production, B2B sales of complex equipment) with an annual turnover of more than 5 billion rubles
- Experience in importing companies
- Experience in manufacturing companies
- Experience with localization, ST-1, SPIK
