Novikov Group is seeking a Territorial Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the company group's restaurants
- Building business processes
- Developing long-term and short-term plans for the development and operation of restaurants
- Developing and implementing work standards, document flow, and reporting forms
- Controlling the operational activities of restaurants
- Analyzing the financial activities of facilities
- Budgeting projects, controlling budget execution
- Ensuring sales plans are met, engaging in activities to increase turnover
- Coordinating the work of restaurant directors
- Interacting with regulatory authorities, reporting to the Management Company
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Experience managing multiple premium-class restaurants simultaneously
- Ability to work with budgets, revenue, cost of goods sold, payroll, and operating profit
- Systematic approach to operational management
- Leadership qualities and ability to build effective teams
- High level of independence and responsibility for results
