Skyeng is looking for a Head of B2B Accounting Group.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Key Account Managers for the B/C segment (12 people): develop, engage, support, and enhance expertise.
- Achieve planned targets for new students, revenue, and key directional KPIs.
- Conduct regular planning meetings, 1:1s, and manage team performance through analytics.
- Develop and improve business processes within the department.
- Analyze funnel effectiveness and manage conversions at all stages.
- Propose and test hypotheses to drive team results.
- Lead cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service.
- Conduct activities and meetings with corporate clients and LPRs (Decision-Makers).
Ideal Candidate:
- Has B2B/Accounting team management experience of 3+ years and a total B2B segment experience of 6+ years.
- Managed a team of 10+ people.
- Can manage a team through analytics, metrics, and a systematic approach.
- Has experience working with large and medium-sized businesses.
- Understands the specifics of complex B2B sales and working with LPRs (Decision-Makers).
- Is structured, autonomous, and drives initiatives to measurable results.
- Possesses strong oral communication skills.
