🚀 Head of Collections Department (Hard, Late Stage) | Remote

A financial company is looking for not just a manager, but someone who knows how to achieve results where "classic methods no longer work". If you understand that scripts are just a piece of paper in the late stages of debt collection, and strategy and intellect deliver real results – then you belong with us.

💼 What needs to be done: — Manage a collection team (hard collection) — Develop a strategy for late-stage work — Work with analytics: spreadsheets, metrics, action effectiveness — Control team results and fine-tune processes — Search for non-standard solutions where everyone else has already given up

📊 Who we are looking for: — Mandatory experience in debt collection (preferably hard / late stage) — Team management experience — Ability to work with numbers and spreadsheets (not just "look" at them, but draw conclusions and influence results) — Strong analytical thinking — Readiness to experiment and break ineffective approaches — Experience in microfinance organizations (especially in the Russian Federation) will be a big plus

💰 Conditions: — Remote format — Schedule 5/2, 09:00–18:00 — Salary: $2000–2500 at the start — Review and growth based on performance (not "we'll talk in a year")
