We are looking for a Head of Debt Collection (Hard) to join our team.

Tasks: — Manage a debt collection team (hard collection) — Develop a strategy for late-stage collections — Work with analytics: spreadsheets, metrics, effectiveness of actions — Monitor team results and optimize processes — Find unconventional solutions where everyone else has already given up

Who we are looking for: — Mandatory experience in debt collection (preferably hard collection / late-stage) — Team management experience — Ability to work with numbers and spreadsheets (not just to "look" at them, but to draw conclusions and influence results) — Strong analytical thinking — Willingness to experiment and break ineffective approaches — Experience in MFIs (especially RF GEO) will be a big plus

Conditions: — Full-time, 5/2 from 9 AM to 6 PM — Work format: remote — Salary range: from $4000 to $4500 — Review and growth based on results (not "we'll talk in a year")
