- 1. Collections Team Lead
Salary: 2000-2500€
Who we are looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, debt recovery,
credit sales, or call center will be an advantage.
- Team management experience: supervisor, team lead, or senior operator.
Spanish from B1 —
you will listen to calls and assess how the operator conducts the dialogue.
- Understanding the logic of the collections department and what
contributes to its metrics.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets: formulas,
pivot tables, working with data exports.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions
based on numbers, not feelings.
Will be an advantage:
Experience in fintech, microfinance, or bank debt collection.
Coaching skills and conducting mini-trainings.
Experience with different collection stages (early / late collections).
Understanding of debtor behavioral patterns and negotiation techniques.
