1. Collections Team Lead
Salary: 2000-2500€
Who we are looking for:
- Experience of 1 year or more in collections, debt recovery, credit sales, or call center will be an advantage.
- Team management experience: supervisor, team lead, or senior operator.
- Spanish B1 level — you will listen to calls and evaluate how the operator conducts conversations.
- Understanding of the debt collection department's logic and what contributes to its metrics.
- Proficient Excel / Google Sheets: formulas, pivot tables, working with exports.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on data, not assumptions.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in fintech, microcredit, or banking debt collection.
- Coaching and mini-training skills.
- Experience with different stages of debt collection (early / late collections).
- Understanding of debtor behavioral patterns and negotiation techniques.
