We are looking for a strong Head of Contact Center who can effectively organize the team's work, maintain a high level of service, and develop employees.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and coordination of contact center operations
• Monitoring the quality of customer communication
• Analysis of KPIs and team efficiency
• Providing feedback to employees and team development
• Resolving complex customer cases
• Monitoring discipline and work processes
• Generating reports and process optimization
• Task and workload distribution

Requirements:

• Team management experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make quick decisions
• Analytical thinking, experience with KPIs
• Responsibility, initiative, results-orientation
• Stress resistance and flexibility
• Spanish language – intermediate level (a plus)
