Responsibilities
- Analysis and management of key contact center performance indicators (plan fulfillment, conversion rate, NPS, etc.)
- Making decisions and evaluating the results of changes based on analytical data
- Effective multitasking and prompt prioritization
- Mentoring and team development, fostering a positive work atmosphere
- Supporting employees and ensuring productivity under high load conditions
