About the company
An international FinTech project is looking for a supervisor to manage a team, control KPIs, and improve the efficiency of working with the client portfolio and debt settlement.

🎯 Responsibilities ▪️ Team management and organization of daily work.
▪️ Monitoring KPI achievement and analyzing employee performance.
▪️ Conducting team meetings, one-to-one sessions, and performance reviews.
▪️ Quality control of communication with clients and call monitoring.
▪️ Providing feedback, training, and employee development.
▪️ Identifying reasons for deviations and implementing corrective measures.
▪️ Ensuring compliance with regulations and preparing reports.

✅ Requirements ▪️ Experience in debt settlement or customer service — from 2 years.
▪️ Team management experience — from 1 year.
▪️ Understanding of KPIs, operational processes, and team motivation principles.
▪️ Analytical, coaching, and employee development skills.
▪️ Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems.
▪️ Fluent in Russian and Kazakh.

Will be an advantage: ▪️ Experience in FinTech, banking, or online financial services.
▪️ Experience managing large teams and optimizing processes.
