- You have experience in debt collection (from 3 months) starting from the 1st day of delinquency*
- You have literate oral and written speech*
- You are confident in using a PC*
- You can work with objections and defend your point of view*
- You have an equipped home office (desk, personal computer, stable internet, quality headset).
What you will be doing:
- Achieving planned targets
- Working with early delinquency (from 1 to 30 days)
- Conducting telephone negotiations with clients using manual portfolio management
- Establishing reasons for non-payment
- Motivating for payment
