An international company in the online lending sector is looking for an operator.

▪️Responsibilities: Call clients who are late with payments, negotiate payment arrangements, answer incoming calls, and respond via messengers. Contact third parties if necessary.

▪️Requirements: ▫️Fluent oral and written communication skills, ▫️Proficient computer skills, ▫️Readiness to handle a large volume of calls and objections. ▫️A computer and headset are required. ▫️Experience in sales or a call center is a plus, but we also consider candidates without experience.

▪️Conditions: ▫️Average total income from 1400 to 2200 USDT per month: fixed part and a percentage for plan fulfillment. ▫️5/2 schedule, 10-hour shifts. Weekends may fall on weekdays. ▫️Day shifts: 08:00-18:00, 09:00-19:00, 10:00-20:00, 12:00-22:00. Night shift: 01:00-11:00. All times are Moscow time (MSK). ▫️Lunch and breaks totaling 1 hour and 40 minutes. ▫️Paid training for 5 days, Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00 MSK. Payment of 50 USDT, with 100 and 125 USDT for top participants. ▫️Employment agreement, bonuses, and opportunities for growth to a mentor position.
