Debt Collection Supervisor

Debt Collection Supervisor Required (Fluent Kazakh language proficiency mandatory)

We are looking for a supervisor with experience managing a debt collection team in a microfinance organization (MFO). We need someone who can organize employees' work, analyze performance metrics, and be responsible for the department's results.

▪️Responsibilities: ▫️Organizing and monitoring the daily work of the debt collection team. ▫️Setting tasks for employees and monitoring KPI achievement. ▫️Analyzing team results and improving collection efficiency. ▫️Monitoring negotiation quality and adherence to work standards. ▫️Training, onboarding, and developing employees, providing feedback. ▫️Preparing reports and participating in the improvement of debt collection processes. ▫️Monitoring compliance with legislation and client interaction rules.

▪️Candidate Expectations: ▫️Mandatory experience in administrative or leadership positions in debt collection within an MFO. ▫️Mandatory fluent Kazakh language proficiency – spoken and written. ▫️Understanding of debt collection processes and key performance indicators. ▫️Team management skills, task setting, and results monitoring. ▫️Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on it. ▫️Responsibility, organization, and developed communication skills.
