Kредит 24 is the first Kazakhstani online micro-lending service that allows citizens to obtain small loans remotely via the internet.

We are looking for a supervisor with experience managing a debt collection team in an MFI (Microfinance Institution). We need a person who can organize employees' work, analyze performance indicators, and be responsible for the direction's results.

Responsibilities: • Organization and control of the daily work of the collection team. • Setting tasks for employees and monitoring KPI fulfillment. • Analysis of team results and improvement of collection efficiency. • Control of negotiation quality and adherence to work standards. • Training, onboarding, and development of employees, providing feedback. • Preparation of reports and participation in the improvement of collection processes. • Control of compliance with legislation and rules of customer interaction.

Candidate Expectations: • Mandatory experience in administrative or leadership positions in debt collection within an MFI. • Mandatory fluency in Kazakh – spoken and written. • Understanding of collection processes and key performance indicators. • Team management skills, task setting, and results control.
