Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the operational activities of the business in the region;
- Achieving planned targets in the supervised territory;
- Preparing and maintaining operational and analytical reports;
- Selecting, motivating, adapting, attesting, and training personnel;
- Expanding the territory of presence: opening new retail outlets and developing existing ones.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience as a supervisor, territorial manager, or retail chain manager (preferably in home appliance retail);
- Has successfully managed distributed teams and was responsible for achieving KPIs;
- Can analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions;
- Is proficient in PC (Word, Excel);
- Knows the specifics of retail business processes;
- Is ready to work at a high pace and take responsibility for results;
- Has experience in hiring, training personnel, and remote management;
- Possesses excellent communication skills, is proactive and goal-oriented.
