We are looking for a strong Category Manager to join our team for stores in Vladivostok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive assortment management, formation and maintenance of the assortment matrix;
- Working with suppliers, as well as searching for new ones;
- Monitoring competitors, assortment, and prices;
- Controlling turnover rates and margins;
- Pricing;
- Working with unsaleable goods, sales, special offers, communication with sales departments.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in retail or a large wholesale company in the food sector;
- Strong negotiator, experience working with top management of large companies;
- Experience in independently managing a product category of 1500+ SKUs;
- High level of analytical skills, good knowledge of Excel;
- Ability to work in a team, achieve results;
- Knowledge of goods purchasing channels, experience working with Chinese suppliers.
