We are currently looking for a head of the call center sales department, MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS in a call center!

What do we do?

Biosphere is a modern retailer of major domestic manufacturers in the "Beauty and Health" sector, with its own brands. We conduct remote sales of health-strengthening preparations, as well as skincare products.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the sales department;
• Hiring new managers (together with the HR department);
• Conducting training and onboarding for managers;
• Analyzing managers' work results;
• Monitoring key performance indicators;
• Improving sales technology;
• Preparing reporting documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing a B2C sales call center in the health sector;
• High level of competence in sales management;
• Proficiency in tools for automation and analytics of call center operations.

Conditions:

• Remote, work schedule 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00 (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are days off)
