The largest multi-profile call center "Kuznitsa Kadrov" is looking for a Head of Sales Department due to an increase in incoming orders!

Responsibilities:

• Organization of the sales department's work and independent formation of your own team. Setting tasks and controlling employees' activities;
• Forecasting and achieving planned targets by the department;
• Analysis of the department's work as a whole and each employee's performance;
• Creation and implementation of more effective methods for regulating and selling by employees of your department;
• Adaptation and training of new employees;
• Building effective interaction with related departments (training, recruitment, quality control).

Requirements:

• Experience in developing sales skills of personnel;
• Previous experience in a leadership position is mandatory;
• Experience in implementing new methodologies to increase sales targets;
• Strong personal sales skills;
• Results-oriented;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to act as a mentor.
